ENERGY OPTIMISATION
OF BOILERS AND OVENS
An indispensable axis for reduced consumption
To attain the objectives of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, there is a little-known target which is indispensable in the range of proposed solutions: improving combustion. You may think straightaway of the so-called condensing boiler, but it is also possible to apply a pre-treatment to the gas so as to improve the energy output of boilers, as well as of ovens.
- DECREASE IN CONSUMPTION : AROUND 10% ON BOILERS
- DECREASE IN CONSUMPTION : AROUND 7% ON OVENS
- EQUIPMENT TESTED & QUALIFIED ON SITE
- COMMITMENT TO RESULTS
- RETURN ON INVESTMENT : 1 – 2 YEARS
- EASY TO IMPLEMENT
The emission of additional heat supplied by the NEW IONIC system is seen by the loop of burner regulation as an increase in the calorific power of the gas. In this way, for the same delivery of heating, the gas output is reduced by a notch on the modulating burner. On one and two-speed burners, the time taken for the pressure to rise, therefore the opening of the gas valves, is shortened, reducing consumption by the same amount.
After verification of the suitability of the installation, ARIONIC commits itself to a minimum of 7% for ovens and steam boilers on the basis of an accurate metrological protocol. We recommend the installation of a permanent energy counter, with the aim of detecting any variation in operational yield over the long term.
The installation of the system needs very little work, as compared to other forms of heat recuperation, and the implementation of our systems is therefore very rapid.
What’s more, the return on investment, calculated at the outset of the project, is in the order of 1 to 2 years.
